U.S. Chamber of Commerce CO—100 list celebrates 100 businesses driving growth and innovation in their communities and around the world.
RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — September 9, 2026 — Jovy introduced the world’s first EWG VERIFIED® makeup made just for kids. Now, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce has named Jovy one of America’s top 100 small businesses.
The company earned recognition in the 2026 CO-100 as a Micro-Business Leader. This year’s honorees were selected from more than 12,000 applicants by a panel of judges evaluating business growth, innovative strategies, and commitment to customers.
After her daughter’s skin reacted to play makeup labeled “natural” and “non-toxic,” Thai-Ling Cahow began questioning the promises on the packaging. She founded Jovy to give parents something they could trust: play makeup with clean, fully disclosed ingredients and independently verified safety and ingredient standards. Today, every product in Jovy’s collection is EWG VERIFIED®, giving families a way to look beyond the label while keeping the focus where it belongs—on kids having fun with color, creativity and play.

The CO—100 honorees will be celebrated during events in Washington, D.C., October 19–21, 2026. At the awards gala, 10 businesses will receive category honors, and one company will be named the CO—100 Top Business of 2026.
