Refund policy

At Jovy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an unused item, please follow our return policy guidelines below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns on all unused orders placed within 14 days.
  • Please note that we can only accept returns for items purchased through www.jovyco.com.

How to Complete Your Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Pack the items securely in a shipping box. We recommend using the original packaging if available.
  2. Include the following information with your return:
  • Full Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Jovy order confirmation number
  • A note explaining the reason for your return

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance for your return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving your return, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you that we are processing your refund. Your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

If you receive a refund notification but do not see the funds in your account after 5 business days, we recommend contacting your bank. For any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to us at hello@jovyco.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. You can exchange the item for an identical replacement. If you prefer, you may also choose to return the defective or damaged item. Please contact us at hello@jovyco.com, and we can assist you.

Damaged Items

Some wear and tear on the shipping carton is normal. If you discover any damage to the items inside your package due to shipping, please retain the box, packing materials, and the items themselves. Contact us immediately at hello@jovyco.com, and we will promptly assist you.

Missing or Lost Orders

If you suspect that your order is missing or lost after it has been marked as delivered, please first check common delivery locations with your address. If you still cannot locate your order, contact your selected shipping carrier to obtain a claim number. Once you have the claim number, please reach out to us at hello@jovyco.com so we can help further.

Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incomplete order, please email us at hello@jovyco.com with your order number and the order confirmation email.
