Two years ago, when you were just four years old, we set out on a special project that has filled our lives with meaning, purpose, boundless love and beautiful memories. It wasn't always easy, but every moment was worth it.
When you entered this world, you had the most delicate, fragile skin, which required me to meticulously screen products and read labels to ensure your safety. As you grew, my task continued, and I watched you blossom into an artist and a little explorer. Your curiosity and fascination with color, which included makeup, were a beautiful part of your journey of self-discovery. I wanted nothing more than to fuel that curiosity and let you explore the world of color around you, even if it meant putting it on your precious skin. But I couldn't find anything that I felt was good enough for you.
That's when I made a decision. I chose to create something so special and so good for you that other little kids could also enjoy. Our play makeup became a product intentionally crafted for young skin, free from any yucky ingredient and packed with good antioxidants, natural oils, and only the best for you. It was a labor of love, not just for you but for all kids out there who, like you, are curious and deserve the very best on their skin.
This process has been a reflection of my unwavering commitment to your well-being. You kept me inspired and focused, reminding me never to give up and to never-ever compromise when it comes to the ingredients we use. We chose not to take the short route, and looking back, I can confidently say that it was worth every moment of the wait.
This journey has shown me a lot, and what we've created is more than just makeup for fun. Jovy is about making products that are safe for kids to use and have fun with while staying healthy. We want to make it easy for moms and dads to bring good and clean products into their homes. We promise to always be honest with parents about what's in our products, so they can feel really good about using them. Jovy is a brand with a clear mission: to raise the standards for kids' cosmetics by always providing full-label transparency with the cleanest, safest, and most effective formulations, one product at a time. In my heart, I really believe we can do it.
